Mr. Drucker has served in several senior executive roles in the wireless industry. Prior to joining Landmark Dividend, Mr. Drucker served as the Business Development Manager for TowerCo for its Southern California. During his time at TowerCo, he was responsible for tenant leasing constituting accounting for more than 30 percent of the company’s cellular tenant leasing production in fiscal year 2009. Before that, he served as VP of Corporate Development for Global Signal, Inc., a $3.2 billion tower company and provider of wireless, Internet, and broadband communication facilities. At Global Signal, he managed the acquisition and integration of nearly 8,000 telecom towers. Prior to Global Signal, Mr. Drucker served as a Director for the tower company SpectraSite Communications, now American Tower, where he held several strategic roles. From 1997 to 2001, he served as a Manager and Account Executive at SBA Communications, Inc. where he facilitated various aspects of the tower leasing and carrier deployment process and oversaw the construction and maintenance of SBA's Network Operations Center. Mr. Drucker received a B.S. degree in Business Communications from Bentley University.

Mr. Kogen served in senior executive management positions at several telecom real estate companies where he engineered their acquisition strategies. He has successfully worked with hundreds of landlords in increasing their net operating income by attracting new wireless tenants to their properties and structuring win-win transactions. His in-depth knowledge of lease acquisitions, leasing and marketing in the ground lease industry gives him a unique advantage in serving the needs of his clients. Mr. Kogen attended State University at Albany.

Prior to joining Landmark Dividend, Mr. Mulrennan served as Managing Partner with Strategic Telecom Group LLC (STG), a national telecommunications site development firm with offices in California, Washington and Florida. At STG, he was responsible for developing the group’s site management division, primarily focused on Public Sector Entities. Mr. Mulrennan was also principal and managing partner with American Teleforce, a provider of wireless telecommunications and site development services. He has managed large market network deployment projects for clients such as Clearwire, Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile, Global Tower Partners, Crown Castle and American Tower. He also brings to Landmark Dividend over 10 years of experience acquiring tower and ground lease assets. Mr. Mulrennan also founded Solas Management, a technology systems integration firm based in Los Angeles, CA.
