Our management team pioneered the ground lease acquisition business in 2002 and has completed 6,000+ transactions, totaling more than $1.8 billion and in excess of $25 billion in total real estate since 1985.

Clay Gregory

Chief Strategy Officer

Clay Gregory is Chief Strategy Officer at Landmark Dividend, where he leads the company's strategic initiatives, including partnerships, acquisitions and divestitures, capital allocation and portfolio value creation.

Previously, Mr. Gregory was a Principal at DigitalBridge, where he was responsible for evaluating, executing and managing investments across digital infrastructure sectors globally. During his time at DigitalBridge, he executed and managed investments in the tower, data center, fiber, ground lease and outdoor sectors.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Gregory was an investment professional at Mistral Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, and an investment banking analyst at Jefferies both in New York. Mr. Gregory received a Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
