Mr. Pickrell is a technology and infrastructure development leader focused on emerging market technologies and growth - based industry sectors.He has over 25 years engineering management experience in defense, utility and strategic vertical industry applications.He excels in thought leadership from design through technology & product development to deployment & operations.Prior to joining Landmark he served as Senior Engineering Manager of Emerging Business at Ericsson and developed Ericsson’s strategy for Private LTE and IoT industry applications.
 
Prior to Ericsson he served at Motorola and Alcatel - Lucent engaged in large complex programs focused on LTE, MPLS and Microwave technologies; and was responsible for the communications system design for the Honolulu Area Rapid Transit Rail system, the State of Hawaii Public Safety Communications Network, and many national and international utility network transformations.He led the State of Hawaii to be one of the first states to obtain its early 700MHz LTE / 4G Public Safety Spectrum waiver from the FCC and worked with the Department of Defense to create and design network solutions and information technology systems for classified / unclassified defense systems.
 
Currently he is actively building out one of the first large scale Core Networks focused on delivering CBRS spectrum to industry applications for Landmark Landmark Vertex. Jared holds a Masters in Engineering Management degree from FIU in Florida.
