Landmark Dividend LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Property Administrator who is eager to apply their knowledge and expand their experience by joining our Data Center team in working to enhance and expand our portfolio of data center and fiber hub assets.
What You’ll Do
As a Property Administrator, you will engage with multiple internal departments to work toward shared objectives and the overall success of Landmark Dividend’s Data Center platform as we acquire & manage our portfolio of assets. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with technology adjacent real estate assets and make a noticeable impact on the company.
This role will report to the Vice President of Property Management who values a strong individual and collaborative work ethic and effective time management. This role will be critical to support the Property Management, Asset Management & Acquisitions functions of the Data Center group.
Essential Functions
- Document Management: Ensure all web-based applications and file directories are up-to-date and organized for the department. Request current COIs from tenants, vendors, third-party managers, and other parties to ensure files are compliant. Maintains tenant, contractor, and property files, including leases, insurance certificates, and invoices.
- Atlanta Office Administrative Task Management: Work with various internal departments to coordinate supply orders, serve as primary POC for general IT Support, troubleshooting, and svc for video conferencing equipment, office equipment and peripherals, network server, and connectivity.
- Work Orders and Maintenance Scheduling: Submit and track work orders to the Atlanta Office Building Management for various maintenance and housekeeping tasks to keep the property in good condition.
- Tenant Coordination: Handle tenant move-in and move-out documentation, scheduling, and ensuring timely issuance of various notices to Tenants on behalf of the department. Where applicable, coordinate or follow up with vendors and contractors for services such as landscaping, cleaning, and security, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Logistics and Planning: Assisting with planning and logistics for department activities – volunteer events, training sessions, etc.
- Accounts Payable / Expense Support, AP follow-up: assist in preparing contracts, processing documents, invoice coding, and payment status follow-up.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, if statements, discounted cash flows, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office and Word.
- Exceptional business writing and communication skills.
- Must be well organized.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with a sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Show tact, discretion, confidentiality, and good judgement in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's degree earned in finance, real estate, economics, engineering, or other related area, preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, customer service, real estate, or related field.
- Interest in underwriting and analyzing various real estate opportunities.
- Familiarity with real estate processes and documentation, such as service agreements, financial statements, market transactional data, leases, and property management responsibilities.
Location & Schedule
Available to work in the Midtown, Atlanta office at least 2 days a week on a hybrid remote schedule.

As a Financial Analyst, in our Financial Planning and Analysis department, you will play an important role as part of a small, collaborative team that works across organizational levels. You will engage directly with other members of the Finance team and partner with other departments, including Accounting, Acquisitions, Underwriting, Tax, and Legal, to analyze our existing operations and evaluate new strategic opportunities for the company and its investment vehicles.
In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. The Vice President, and senior leadership, are dedicated to mentoring their team and regularly promote from within the organization. This is a highly visible role within the organization, as you will frequently interact with and provide deliverables to investors, members of the executive team, and individuals from Landmark’s financial sponsor (DigitalBridge Group, Inc.; NYSE: DBRG).
Essential Functions
- Conduct financial planning and analysis related to ongoing operations and strategic opportunities for Landmark and its investment vehicles.
- Develop presentation materials for board meetings, capital raises, and transactions.
- Contribute to treasury activities (e.g., capital allocation, debt originations, compliance).
- Support various day-to-day corporate and private funds administration responsibilities.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc investor reporting deliverables.
- Other duties related to the ongoing operation of the organization may be assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or related fields of study.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Previous finance internships or full-time experience (preferred).
