Landmark Dividend LLC (“Landmark” or the “Company”) is a nationwide leader in the acquisition and development of real property interests and digital infrastructure across the wireless communication, digital infrastructure, outdoor advertising and renewable power generation industries. Landmark acquires the real property interests underneath cell towers, billboards, solar projects, wind turbines and other critical infrastructure assets.

Landmark is also leading industry efforts in digital infrastructure (data centers) and the development of telecom and smart cities infrastructure assets, offering a Digital Infrastructure division that leverages decades of experience to serve as a strategic investment, development, leasing and operations ally. As of March 2020, the Digital Infrastructure division — a team of proven industry veterans bringing comprehensive experience across building, managing, operating, buying and selling data centers for a host of partners and clients — has acquired 16 data centers across a span of 18 months, with an eye on continued growth.  

Landmark’s management team pioneered the ground lease acquisition business in 2002 and has completed more than 5,000 transactions totaling more than $1.8 billion and in excess of $25 billion of total real estate acquisitions and financings since 1985.
