The Digital Infrastructure division manages a diverse portfolio of enterprise, colocation, cloud, wholesale and retail data centers, offering a nationwide and international footprint that optimizes investments, costs and facility performance to meet unique critical infrastructure needs.

Investment Partnerships for Expanded Digital Infrastructure Requirements

To better serve client needs in an expanding digital world, Landmark’s Digital Infrastructure division is poised to serve as a strategic capital partner that enables companies with data center infrastructure to expand and optimize their investment and efficiently manage their critical infrastructure.

Landmark’s diverse capital sources allow for unsurpassed flexibility. Leveraging a team that brings decades of hands-on experience operating and managing data centers day to day for Fortune 100 companies, building and acquiring data centers through strategic mergers and acquisitions and more, Landmark Dividend offers the experience, capital and investment opportunities that enterprises, operators and investors require.

Landmark remains highly flexible in its approach to transactions and transaction structures, offering flexibility across the credit spectrum, from asset sizes ranging from $1 million carrier switch sites to $1 billion data center portfolios. Clients benefit from high levels of agility and versatile investment structures that deliver an efficient transaction process from term sheet to closing statement.

Strategic Sale and Leaseback Transactions for Flexibility and Alleviated Cost Pressures

Many businesses today own data centers to support digital operations, yet many have found themselves with an excess of unused space and power beyond what they need for their own IT equipment. This available white space and critical power comes at a cost and operational burden to the enterprise, creating unnecessary cost burdens on their business. By selling data center infrastructure and leasing only the space required to support business operations, enterprises can restructure their costs, free up capital, alleviate cost pressures and create a more flexible solution to support their ongoing business requirements.

Landmark’s Digital Infrastructure team works alongside clients to structure the most advantageous sale and leaseback — full or partial — model for existing data centers, allowing for the quick and effective monetization of client-owned real estate. This enables clients to reduce the unnecessary burdens of unused space and power and associated operation expenses through the immediate access to capital that can be used for strategic reinvestment and reallocation.

This model empowers companies to gain access to capital resources that allow them to refocus resources on core business initiatives while still maintaining existing data center operations.
