EL SEGUNDO, CA (August 12, 2015) – Landmark Dividend LLC, one of the nation’s leading ground lease acquisition companies, announced that it has expanded its global sales and marketing team with the hiring of several highly-experienced industry veterans.
“We are rapidly expanding into new markets and asset classes, and our new team members will be at the forefront of that expansion,” said Bruce Rosen, Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. “We’re excited that our new people are some of the most accomplished and experienced sales professionals in the lease acquisition industry.”
The new Landmark Dividend team members are as follows:
Matthew Scott. Mr. Scott brings 12 years of financial services experience to Landmark Dividend in his new position as Regional Vice President of Acquisitions, based in San Diego. He previously served as the Senior Managing Director of Acquisition at Wireless Capital Partners. Prior to that, Mr. Scott worked as a Branch Manager for Solstice Capital. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California and attended Loyola Law School.
Sean Burke. Mr. Burke joins Landmark Dividend as Vice President of Acquisitions, serving the San Francisco metropolitan market. A ten year veteran of the financial services industry, Mr. Burke formerly worked for Wireless Capital Partners as Director of Finance and Acquisitions. Previous to that he worked as a lease consultant for Md7 and a loan officer for RPM Mortgage. He is a graduate of San Diego State.
Rob Phillips. A 20-year veteran of the financial services industry, Mr. Phillips joins Landmark Dividend as Vice President of Acquisitions in San Diego. He previously worked at Wireless Capital partners as Director of Acquisitions. Prior to that, Mr. Phillips was a Branch Manager for Bay Equity LLC and the National Sales Director for Steward Investments. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
Don Reitz. Mr. Reitz joins Landmark Dividend as Vice President of Acquisitions in San Diego. He brings 22 years of financial services experience to his new position. Previously Mr. Reitz worked as Director of Acquisitions for Wireless Capital Partners. Prior to that he was Vice President of Sales at Ideal Systems, and Vice President and Financial Consultant at Charles Schwab. Mr. Reitz is a graduate of Minnesota State University.
Veronica Gathagan. Ms. Gathagan brings 15 years of a financial services experience to her new position of Sales Coordinator at Landmark Dividend in San Diego. Previously she worked for Wireless Capital Partners as a Project Coordinator. Prior to that, Ms. Gathagan worked for Md7 as a Lease Processor. She is a graduate of Lehigh Valley College.
Jacob Alves. Mr. Alves joins Landmark Dividend as Marketing Manager in the company’s El Segundo headquarters. He brings eight years of financial services experience to his new position. Previously Mr. Alves worked as Senior Marketing Coordinator at Wireless Capital Partners. He is a graduate of the Art Institute of Los Angeles.
