Mr. Guerrero, a seasoned human resources professional, has an extensive background that includes over 15 years in large, corporate, high-growth organizations. Mr. Guerrero has extensive knowledge in the areas of strategic planning, talent acquisition, performance management, as well as training and organizational development.
Mr. Guerrero has a background in diverse industries, including significant start-up experience. He has a record of accomplishment in collaborating with senior leadership on quality and process improvement, leadership development and enterprise-wide change initiatives. He is responsible for the development of Landmark’s human resources strategic plan as well as managing the overall operation of the Human Resources and Payroll Departments. Mr. Guerrero has a B.A. degree from Occidental College.
