Jared White

Mr. White is a Regional Vice President of Acquisitions with over a decade of experience in sales management and the origination of non-traditional commercial real estate assets.  Prior to his career in the ground lease acquisition industry, Mr. White was a Regional Vice President at Sebring Capital where he was responsible for the Sales and Operations divisions that grew the company to generate $250 million in wholesale loan originations and fundings.  Prior to that, Mr. White was west coast regional manager for Aegis Funding, a wholesale lender specializing in niche loan products.  Mr. White holds a B.A. in communications with a minor in psychology from Louisiana State University.
