Michael Henschel

Mr. Henschel is the Regional Vice President of Acquisitions for Landmark Dividend. He has over 14 years of Acquisition experience as well as site development and origination experience. He has worked with and has helped thousands of landowners over his career in an advisory role with their infrastructure asset to meet their needs and goals.  He also runs a highly productive origination team across the United States that focuses on ground lease acquisition for landowners. Prior to joining Landmark Dividend, Mr. Henschel was the National Sales Manager of a leading apparel company that generated over $500 million in annual sales.
