Landmark Dividend Launches Non-Profit Division

Los Angeles, CA (September 18, 2012) – When it comes to the cellular or billboard lease on the property of a church, synagogue or non-profit group, many organization leaders are pleased to accept the monthly rent income, but most are unaware that the ground lease itself could be the source of a large amount of untapped capital that could be put into effective use.

“Landmark enabled us to get the capital we needed right away and still control the real estate. They made everything clear and simple. They were good to their word in every situation and they showed the highest integrity throughout the process,” said Marcel Furrow of Desert Hills Baptist Church in Nevada.

“We’re doing our best to get the word out to the leaders of churches, synagogues and non-profit groups that they have these monetary solutions available to them, which is why we felt it was so important to launch a division dedicated to serving these groups and their unique needs. One of the main reasons that I decided to get involved in this business is that I’ve always been passionate about helping others improve their financial positions; and to be able to help religious organizations and non-profit groups so they can in turn reach out to their communities and further their missions is really meaningful and meets a very important goal that we established when we started Landmark Dividend,” said Jeffrey Knyal, CEO of Landmark Dividend.
